Montreal, November 4, 2025 — Groupe Unigesco Inc. is proud to announce the award of a major new contract by the Centre de services scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys (CSSMB) for the complete code compliance upgrade of École secondaire de l’Altitude, located in Pierrefonds.
This $33.3 million project includes:
• Bringing the fire protection system up to code throughout the school;
• Installing a new electrical service entrance;
• Completing the asbestos abatement of all work zones;
• Upgrading the boiler rooms;
• And carrying out various architectural and technical refurbishments, including the replacement of mechanical equipment, renovation of interior spaces, and modernization of lighting systems.
A Complex Project in an Occupied Building
The work will span three years, as the building will remain occupied by students and staff throughout the project. The construction will therefore be carried out in multiple phases to ensure safety and minimize disruption to school operations.

This project will significantly improve the safety, comfort, and durability of the school’s facilities for the thousands of students and staff who use them daily.
