Verdun, Québec — February 12, 2026 — Unigesco is proud to announce that it has been awarded a new mandate as General Contractor for the construction of the Les Terrasses d’Auteuil rental residential project, developed by Nordev Immobilier in partnership with the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ.
Located at 645 Péladeau Street, in the heart of the Auteuil district in Laval, the project will consist of a 4-storey building totaling 142 rental apartments (studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units), designed to offer a modern, bright, and sustainable living environment.
Future residents will benefit from thoughtfully designed and fully equipped common areas, including an outdoor pool, fitness centre, rooftop terrace, landscaped inner courtyard, storage spaces, indoor parking, and dedicated bicycle areas.
Project delivery is scheduled for Spring 2027.
This new mandate reflects the trust placed in Unigesco by Nordev Immobilier and the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ, and aligns with the company’s recognized expertise in the management and execution of large-scale multi-residential projects.
