Development Sanaaq Centre

Unigesco has successfully completed the development of the Sanaaq Center, a multifunctional building that includes:

• A library with 84,000 documents (books, games, instruments, digital devices);

• A playroom for toddlers;

• A 250-seat multipurpose performance hall;

• Three multipurpose rooms, including one dedicated to children;

• A community café;

• A culinary lab and a music/digital lab;

• More than 400 seats;

• A dedicated space for the Peter-McGill Community Council.

With great pride, the Unigesco team has brought to life the spaces envisioned by the consortium Architecture49inc / Pelletier de Fontenay / Atelier Zébulon Perron / CIMA+, in collaboration with over 35 organizations and more than a hundred citizens.

The Sanaaq Center now stands as a true reflection of a neighborhood enriched by its vibrant social and cultural diversity.
