Les Terrasses d'Auteuil (Projet Péladeau)

Les Terrasses d’Auteuil is a multi-residential rental project located at 645 Péladeau Street, in the heart of the Auteuil district in Laval. The project involves the construction of a four-storey building totaling 142 residential units, including studios as well as one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments.

Designed to offer a modern, bright, and sustainable living environment, the project also features several shared amenities, including an outdoor pool, fitness centre, rooftop terrace, landscaped courtyard, storage spaces, indoor parking, and dedicated bicycle areas.

Unigesco is acting as the general contractor for this project on behalf of Nordev Immobilier and the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ. The mandate is already underway, with Unigesco’s teams continuing construction and overseeing project delivery, scheduled for spring 2027.
