The objective of the project was to maximize the site density, after acquiring a retirement home that offered an existing 100 apartments. By the end of the project, 173 additional apartments had been built, thanks to a zoning change and the purchase of adjacent land. In addition to the apartments, new common areas were created within this project, including a swimming pool, two bowling alleys, and a library. Project management is by Jean-Sébastien Gariépy for Cogir S.E.N.C.
