PEPSC Water Treatment Plant

Covering roughly 46 hectares, the PEPSC (Parc d'entreprises de la Pointe-Saint-Charles) site is located in the Sud-Ouest Borough, near the North Shore of the St. Lawrence River, between the Victoria Bridge and access roads for the Bonaventure Expressway. The project was developed to decontaminate groundwater (petroleum hydrocarbons, PCBs, PAHs, metals, and ammonia nitrogen). Unigesco was tasked with building this groundwater treatment plant.

  • Supply and install processing equipment.
  • Erect a building to house the treatment plant, which is set to include the following rooms: processing room, sludge and odour treatment room, chemical room, blower and compressor room and other accessory buildings.
  • Outfit exterior spaces, including a shelter for storing oils collected from the wells and from the oil separator.
