Saint-Louis Arena

Groupe Unigesco is proud to have delivered the revitalization project of the Saint-Louis Arena, located at 5633 Dominique Street in the Plateau-Mont-Royal borough. This ambitious $20.3M project has modernized essential infrastructure while meeting the expectations of a community passionate about sports and recreation.

The work included:

• Modernizing refrigeration systems, replacing Freon-based systems with more sustainable technologies.
• A complete interior renovation to enhance the facilities and meet users' needs.
• An expansion dedicated to refrigeration equipment, ensuring the longevity and efficiency of the new systems.
• An exterior redevelopment, providing modern and welcoming spaces for the community.
