Groupe Unigesco is proud to announce the delivery of Saint-Laurent, formerly known as Le Méridien, an affordable student housing project completed in partnership with LEMNY on behalf of UTILE (Unité de travail pour l'implantation de logement étudiant).
A non-profit organization, UTILE works to develop and manage affordable, sustainable student housing adapted to the realities of Québec's student population. With Saint-Laurent, this mission takes shape in the heart of Montréal, in a location that is especially strategic for the student community.
Ideally located on Saint-Laurent Boulevard, at the junction of the Quartier des Spectacles and the Quartier Latin, the building enjoys a prime location close to educational institutions, shops, restaurants, services, and public transit.
Key features of the project:
Delivered in time to welcome its first residents for the 2026 fall semester, Saint-Laurent helps expand the supply of affordable student housing in an area where the need is significant.
For Groupe Unigesco, the delivery of this project marks the culmination of a meaningful achievement for the Montréal community and reflects the strength of collaboration among the various partners united around a common goal: creating accessible, sustainable, quality living spaces for the student population.
