Le Toledo Bakery

Interior fit-up of the new Verdun branch of the French bakery Le Toledo. The first Le Toledo branch on the Plateau-Mont-Royal was awarded the title of Best Baguette in Montréal, as the 1st place winner of the jury prize and the people’s choice in the Maudits Français contest. Following the success of this branch, the owners decided to open a second branch in Verdun in the fall of 2021. For this turnkey project, Unigesco managed the construction budget and the complete process of outfitting the shop, barista counter, and factory, where the delicious pastries and breads are now made for both branches.
